The download is a zip file that contains MPP, the Glossary.pdf and MPP Quick Start Trial.pdf

Please be sure to read Quick Start first. It gives you information where to place MPP before you open it the first time.

Also please note MPP will only open 5 times, as it is a trial. It has full functionality, so please be sure to try out the three plan types.
